Multisession CD Images

Undisker supports the multisession structure of CD disks and images, both for capturing and reading. Multisession information is part of the disk layout structure, which is available only in some specific CD images formats (CCD/IMG and CUE/BIN), but not in ISO format. Standard CD image in ISO-9660 format (ISO) is not able to handle the CD layout information. If you try to capture such a CD to an ISO file, you have to select the session which will be captured.

DVD disks are not designed to be divided to several sessions according to ISO-9660 format. Even if multisession structure can be implemented on a command level, not all DVD drives are able to do it, and currently there is no any operating system which is able to support it.

If you open a CD image file which contains the multiple data tracks, the additional toolbar will become available on the main window:

On this toolbar you can select the data track / session directly from the drop down list or click on button "..." to select a track from the popup window with the more detailed information.
